The 44th World Skills Competition will be held at the Abu DHabi National Exhibition Center, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. in October 2017.
World skill competitions showcase the best talent and on the same time it is an effort to improve the education and job standards around the world. Around the world, Skilling is a buzz now. All developing countries are trying to showcase their potentiality in this field through these championship events. Being the 2nd largest population of world, India is also participating in the marathon of skills.
Under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), worldSkill India is established to facilitate such events and programs.
